Setup note:
Client Portal links to your contract. It doesn't do the signing, so keep using whatever tool you already trust. This is just where your client finds it.
- Most signing tools (DocuSign, Adobe Sign, and others) give you a shareable link. Add it to the "Review and sign your contract" button so your client signs in their browser.
- Prefer email? Sign your usual way, then upload the signed PDF to using the Files module type.

Please note in this example it is a public portal, so the Client Upload feature is not displayed.
You cannot upload files to a public portal.
Setup note: Link your scheduling tool (Calendly, SavvyCal, and others all give you a link) so clients can book without the back-and-forth.

These are the tools we use day to day. You don't need an account for all of them, but a free Figma and Loom login makes feedback much easier.
We keep your site updated, backed up, and secure, and include a set allowance of small changes each month. Billed monthly, cancel any time.
Send us a URL and within three working days you get a 15 to 20 minute screen recording walking through the page, plus a prioritised list of changes to lift conversions. One-off, fixed price.
Book a single hour and we'll spend it on a screen-share fixing, changing, or planning whatever you need most. Useful between projects or when something comes up.
How we work
This page covers how we run a project: the steps, how we keep in touch, and how feedback works. None of it is complicated. It’s here so you always know what’s coming and what we need from you.
The shape of a project
We talk through goals, scope, and timeline, and agree what a good result looks like.
What we need from you: Your time for the call, and the questionnaire filled in beforehand.
We dig into your brand, your audience, and what is and isn’t working now.
What we need from you: Access to anything useful: analytics, existing files, examples you like.
We design in rounds and share work as we go, so nothing is a surprise at the end.
What we need from you: Feedback within a few days of each share, to keep momentum.
We turn the approved design into the real thing and test it properly.
What we need from you: Final content, and sign-off on the design before we start.
We go live, check everything twice, and hand over what you need to run it.
What we need from you: A final review, and a launch date that works for you.
How feedback and revisions work
We design in rounds. Each project includes two rounds of revisions at the design stage, which is plenty for most projects. If it looks like we’ll need more, we’ll talk it through rather than spring a surprise on you.
A few things that make feedback easier for everyone:
🗂️ Gather it in one go rather than in a trickle.
One clear message beats ten small ones.
💡 Be specific.
“The header feels heavy” is more useful than “I’m not sure about it.”
🧠 Tell us the why where you can.
If something needs to change, knowing the reason helps us fix it properly.
👩💻 Loop in anyone whose opinion matters before you sign off.
So we’re not redoing approved work later.
We’d rather ask a question than guess. If a brief is unclear, we’ll check before we build, not after.
How we keep in touch
| Channel | Best for | When to expect a reply |
|---|---|---|
| Slack | Quick questions and day-to-day chat | Same day, within working hours |
| Anything related to project admin (invoices, contracts, etc.) | Within 1-2 working days | |
| This portal | Files, tasks, and project documents | Always here 24/7 |
| Calls | Bigger conversations and the kickoff | Booked in advance |
We work Monday to Friday, roughly 9 to 5, UK time. We don’t reply at weekends, which keeps us fresh for your project during the week.
What we ask of you
To keep things moving:
- Reply to feedback requests within a few days.
- Get us assets and content by the dates we agree.
- Tell us early if something changes on your side. Timelines shift, and that’s fine. We just need to know.
If you need anything…
If anything is ever unclear, or you’re not happy with something, tell us early. Most things are easy to sort when they’re small. Jamie is your point of contact for anything at all.
