Setup note:
Client Portal links to your contract. It doesn't do the signing, so keep using whatever tool you already trust. This is just where your client finds it.
- Most signing tools (DocuSign, Adobe Sign, and others) give you a shareable link. Add it to the "Review and sign your contract" button so your client signs in their browser.
- Prefer email? Sign your usual way, then upload the signed PDF to using the Files module type.

Please note in this example it is a public portal, so the Client Upload feature is not displayed.
You cannot upload files to a public portal.
Setup note: Link your scheduling tool (Calendly, SavvyCal, and others all give you a link) so clients can book without the back-and-forth.

These are the tools we use day to day. You don't need an account for all of them, but a free Figma and Loom login makes feedback much easier.
We keep your site updated, backed up, and secure, and include a set allowance of small changes each month. Billed monthly, cancel any time.
Send us a URL and within three working days you get a 15 to 20 minute screen recording walking through the page, plus a prioritised list of changes to lift conversions. One-off, fixed price.
Book a single hour and we'll spend it on a screen-share fixing, changing, or planning whatever you need most. Useful between projects or when something comes up.

Welcome to your portal
We’re glad to have you with us, and we’re looking forward to getting started.
This portal is the home for your project. Everything you need from us, and everything we need from you, lives here. No more hunting through old email threads for that one file or link.
Prefer to watch?
Below is a two-minute tour of how everything fits together:

What’s in your portal
| Section | What it’s for |
|---|---|
| Information | How we work and what to expect, including this page. |
| Your tasks | The things we need from you to get going: contract, a few questions, your assets, and the kickoff call. |
| Useful resources | Ways to reach us, the tools we use, and answers to common questions. |
| Add-ons | Optional extras you can add to the project at any point. |
Where to start
- Read how we work, so you know what to expect. It’s the next page along.
- Work through your tasks: sign the contract, answer a few questions, and upload your assets.
- Book your kickoff call. Once that’s in the calendar, we’re off.
Who you’ll be working with
| Who | Role | What they handle |
|---|---|---|
| Jamie Rivera | Point of contact | Your day-to-day questions, updates, and anything you’re not sure where to send. |
| Sam Okafor | Designer | The look and feel of everything you see. |
| Priya Nair | Developer | Building it and making sure it holds up. |
That’s the tour. Head to how we work next, or go straight to your tasks. Either way, if you get stuck, Jamie is one message away.
