| March 1, 2026 | Document submission target | Upload all tax documents to ensure on-time filing |
| March 15, 2026 | Document submission deadline | Final deadline to submit documents for April filing |

About Extensions
Filing an extension (Form 7004) extends your filing deadline to October 15, 2026, but it does not extend your payment deadline. Any estimated tax owed is still due by April 15, 2026. If you think you may need an extension, let us know by March 31 so we can prepare Form 7004 and calculate your estimated payment.
2026 quarterly estimated tax payments
If your corporation is required to make estimated tax payments for 2026, the following dates apply. We will help you determine the appropriate amount for each quarter based on your projected income.

| Q1 | April 15, 2026 | January 1 – March 31, 2026 |
| Q2 | June 15, 2026 | April 1 – May 31, 2026 |

Estimated Tax Penalty
Corporations that underpay estimated taxes may be subject to an underpayment penalty. To avoid penalties, each quarterly payment should equal at least 25% of your total expected tax liability for the year, or 25% of the prior year’s tax liability.
