How to pay with EFTPS

  1. Go to eftps.gov and log in to your business account
  2. Select “Make a Payment” and choose Form 1120 as the tax form
  3. Enter the tax period as 12/2025
  4. Enter the payment amount: $9,450
  5. Select your preferred settlement date (must be a business day)
  6. Confirm and save your payment confirmation number

If you have not yet enrolled in EFTPS, enrollment can take 5 to 7 business days. If you need to make a payment before your enrollment is complete, use IRS Direct Pay as an alternative. Contact us if you need assistance setting up EFTPS.
