How our coaching program works
We start with assessing your goals and coming up with a custom plan for you. We’ll give you everything you need on your journey.
Every month we will regroup on a call and this will be your opportunity to share any wins or struggles. The check-ins are very important so we will nag you if you skip them! You’ll also have access to our group coaching sessions each month where we will do a deep dive into a particular topic.
How to get help
If you have a general question that you would like answered you can either ask it during your check-in or on our group coaching sessions. If you are really struggling and need some immediate help you can email us here any time. You can also purchase an extra one-to-one call using this link.
